QARIA Enterprise Features

The application is an Enterprise class application and is made up of two parts:

The Management Console and the Client Interface.

The Management Console is deployed and used centrally to manage multiple questionnaires across various groups at any time. The Management Console is web enabled and need not be deployed physically into an environment.

The Client Interface is the part of the application that will sit on the end user device and provides the actual questionnaires for completion.

Data Storage

• Customer hierarchy
• Terminal information
• User details and roles
• Questionnaires and structures
• Questionnaire distribution details
• Information Library
• Outcome data from completed questionnaires

Questionnaire Management

QMS encompasses a flexible design and editing tool, enabling the building of questionnaires that are:
• Navigated graphically and edited textually
• Dynamically structured (nested)
• Configured for multiple Question Types
• Capable of setting conditions at question and answer level
• Graded, ordered and allow multiple answers
• Version controlled
• Ready to be used by any Client Application

Functionality

• Flexible customer and user management
• Remote terminal control and visibility
• Questionnaire answer files are received from terminals and made available for reports and queries
• Prior to sending it encrypts stored questionnaire answer files on terminals
• Multiple questionnaire selection on terminals
• Dynamic help and advice screens

Reporting

It provides the facility to:
• Compile both standard and ad-hoc or tailored MI reports
• Generate logical queries against answers collected from the client applications
• Generate an immediate answer report for the respondent which can be printed or saved at source
• Generate an optional analysis report based on answers which can be printed or saved at source
• On request, able to automatically send questionnaire answer reports to respondent and/or Customer
